Omid graduated from University with an Engineering degree in 1996.

As someone with passion for what he does, and integrity for how he does it Omid has earned the trust and respect of hundreds of clients over the past 15 years. After years of helping top Canadian builders delivering their end products to the customers, Omid started building a brand in development with the hope of taking Toronto Custom home standard to the next level. Omid promises to stand behind the brand and guarantee the quality.

With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Panahi brings a wealth of expertise in managing operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Prior to joining the construction sector, Mr. Panahi built a strong foundation in manufacturing and business management, gaining valuable insights into resource optimization, supply chain management, and strategic planning.

In his role as Operations Manager, Mr. Panahi oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and project delivery. Known for his hands-on leadership style and problem-solving skills, Mr. Panahi excels in meeting tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Mr. Panahi’s diverse background in both construction and manufacturing allows them to approach challenges with a unique perspective, leveraging innovative solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Naz is a post-graduate engineer with demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.

As a key member of the Spectrum team and with over 4 years of experience in high-end construction industry, Naz’ ambition is to bring quality performance into the real-estate market. Naz’ passion and desire brings uniqueness to the building platform and to homes of our clients.

In 2001 Kiumars graduated with a bachelor in civil engineer. He has also obtained the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in 2015.

Since 2003 he managed construction sites as a supervisor for a building development company.

In 2004 he founded Saman Sadid Saz, and successfully built more than 150 residential units and completed many land developments projects.

As an experienced civil engineer and builder he is dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality services possible.
