Omid graduated from University with an Engineering degree in 1996.

As someone with passion for what he does, and integrity for how he does it Omid has earned the trust and respect of hundreds of clients over the past 15 years. His professional demeanor has fostered relationships with some of the most notable figures in the real estate industry, creating an impressive network of business allies and partners.

After years of helping top Canadian builders delivering their end products to the customers, Omid started building a brand in development with the hope of taking Toronto Custom home standard to the next level. Omid promises to stand behind the brand and guarantee the quality.

Negar is a post-graduate engineer with demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.

As a key member of the Spectrum team and with over 4 years of experience in high-end construction industry, Negar’s ambition is to bring quality performance into the real-estate market. Negar’s passion and desire brings uniqueness to the building platform and to homes of our clients.

In 2001 Kiumars graduated with a bachelor in civil engineer. He has also obtained the Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in 2015.

Since 2003 he managed construction sites as a supervisor for a building development company.

In 2004 he founded Saman Sadid Saz, and successfully built more than 150 residential units and completed many land developments projects.

As an experienced civil engineer and builder he is dedicated to providing clients with the highest quality services possible.
